£9 is abit pricey for just a haircut but i dont think there are any better barbers in st annes. You can go and pay a fiver round the corner but you wont get cut aswell as u do from here.
It can be a lottery though who cuts your hair as there is definately 2 or 3 barbers who are better than the other ones in the shop.
